Environmental protection standards for gasifiers

Dec 13, 2021

    Environmental protection standards for gasifiers

    (1) Set up a water-sealed pool (recycling) to ensure that water-sealed sewage is not discharged.

    (2) Condensed phenol-containing wastewater is collected and vaporized before reuse.

    (3) For equipment with high noise, adopt the method of building sound insulation to control noise pollution.

    (4) Centralized recovery and comprehensive utilization of solid waste.

    (5) Reasonably design the air supply process of the oven, and set up a gas emission igniter to ensure that the emission of flue gas meets the standard.

    Safety measures for gas generators

    (1) A bell valve is installed in the system. When the system is over-pressured, it will automatically release and relieve the pressure. There are multiple water seals in the system, and the pressure can be automatically relieved when the system is over-pressured.

    (2) The equipment in the system is equipped with steam purging to prevent the mixture of air and gas from exploding and causing gas poisoning of personnel.

    (3) The coal refueling machine of the gas producer adopts dual-path, double-drum refueling, and the upper and lower plug valves are equipped to effectively prevent gas leakage, thereby purifying the operation space.
