Does the gas generator actively replenish water

  As a common equipment for gas production, water is essential for the use of gas generators, and it should be understood during operation. There are two methods for adding water to the equipment: manual water addition and active water addition. In order to facilitate our use, the water addition function of gas generators will be introduced next.

  The commonly used method for the active water replenishment system of a gas generator is to manually replenish water with an alarm or to manually control the external appearance of the system.

1. The working principle of manual water replenishment for alarm is as follows: first, the liquid level is detected by the liquid level gauge. When the liquid level is lower than the lower limit set on the surface, the surface will sound an alarm. At this time, the operator will activate the water filling valve or pump to start replenishing water; When the liquid level is higher than the upper limit set on the surface, the surface will sound an alarm, and the operator will close the water inlet valve or pump.

2. Another principle of actively replenishing water through external manipulation is to use a liquid level gauge to detect the liquid level at that time. However, this replenishment method can only be used for actively replenishing water for a single gas generator, and cannot be used for actively replenishing water for two or more gas generators. As this is the replenishment system, when one gas generator is short of water, the active replenishment system will replenish water for the other gas generators together, while the other gas generators may not need to replenish water at this moment or the water is already full, so it is not suitable for use with two or more gas generators.

  When adding water to a gas generator, the operation required varies depending on the method of adding water, especially when manually adding water. If the water level changes over time, it is also necessary to supplement it according to the actual situation of the enterprise and the needs of the equipment to prevent equipment damage caused by improper operation, which can affect the quality of gas and operational efficiency.
