Jinan Haiyao New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinan Huangtai Gas Furnace Co., Ltd. The company now has the ability to undertake the construction of modern urban comprehensive construction, public facilities, large-scale steel structure industrial plants, steel frame structure office, business, and residential buildings. Company Strength

Covering an area of 138000 square meters, the steel structure branch mainly undertakes steel structure manufacturing, processing and installation, equipment processing and installation, bridges, workshops, buildings, stations, and other projects. With an annual output of 35000-50000 tons, 520 employees, 40000 square meters of steel structure workshop, 10000 square meters of casting workshop, 10000 square meters of machining workshop, 16 design and disassembly drawings, and 15 13-23m trucks.

The company occupies an area of 300 acres, the main factory building area is 23,800 square meters, the modeling area is 9,600 square meters, and the fixed assets are 200 million yuan. The company currently has two 3-ton electric furnaces, using resin sand molding technology, and also has oxygen stations and air compressor stations. , Natural gas station, CO2 station, and other supporting facilities; at the same time, the company also introduced the German OBLF company GS1000 vacuum direct-reading spectrometer, carbon and sulfur high-speed analyzer, microcomputer three-element high-speed analyzer, digital ultrasonic flaw detector, multi-purpose magnetic particle flaw detector, etc. Testing facilities, lever-type universal strength testing machine, hammer-type prototype machine, and other tensile testing equipment; use CAE software to simulate the casting process, which is a new level of casting technology; the finishing of steel castings adopts electric arc gouging, CO2 gas shielded welding, shot blasting and other process technologies ensure the appearance quality of steel castings and form a complete casting production base.

(1) At present, our company mainly undertakes steel structure production, processing and installation, and equipment processing and installation. Bridges, workshops, buildings, stations, and other projects. The steel structure workshop is 100,000 square meters, the casting workshop is 10,000 square meters, and the machining workshop is 10,000 square meters.

(2) At present, it mainly produces single large steel castings below 6T, and single steel ingots below 3T, such as large gear rings and sliding tracks; grinding discs and rollers for vertical mills; supporting wheels and tires for rotary kilns; metallurgy and ceramics Industry racks; shipbuilding parts, auto parts, boxes, shells, hammers, drills, and other products to meet the needs of different industries.
