Pyrolysis gasifier

The waste is dried, thermally decomposed and gasified in the pyrolysis gasifier.


The residue after pyrolysis and gasification continues to be fully burned in the furnace. The burnt-out coke-like residue is cooled by the primary air supply, and the lumps below 100mm are crushed and discharged into the water-sealing tank at the bottom of the furnace through the mechanical extrusion of the grate, and then discharged through the wet slagging system. The residue can be used directly for brick making, paving or landfill. The mixed flue gas produced by the pyrolysis gasifier enters the secondary combustion chamber, is supplemented with oxygen by the secondary air, and is combusted with oxygen under the control of the automatic fuel burner. After the energy is supplied, the temperature drops to 180°C and enters the exhaust gas treatment system. After the treatment reaches the standard, it is discharged into the atmosphere. The steam generated by the waste heat boiler can be heated or sent into the main pipe to be sent to the steam turbine generator set for power generation.


Tail gas treatment system: adopt the process of semi-dry flue gas temperature adjustment reaction tower and bag filter. In addition to controlling the temperature of the flue gas entering the bag filter, the reaction tower also removes SO2 and HCI in the flue gas by adding an appropriate amount of atomized Ca(OH)2. In the flue between the acid removal reaction tower and the bag filter, an activated carbon injection device is also arranged to further remove dioxins in the flue gas.


Fly ash treatment system: The fly ash produced by each part is discharged by its own ash discharge mechanism. The fly ash is collected in the fly ash pulping tank together with the residue in the Ca(OH)2 preparation dissolving tank of the acid removal spray tower. Add an appropriate amount of cement and mix it to make semi-solidified block cement and transport it to the landfill. Cement sealing can well fix fly ash and residues and prevent the seepage of toxic substances. Fly ash can also be sent directly to hazardous waste landfills.


The main process of the system: including the incinerator, waste heat boiler, flue gas purification system, all parameters are detected and controlled in real time by instruments and automatic control system to ensure the stability, economy and efficiency of the incineration process. In short, waste incinerators have good application value and good market prospects in China.
