Feeding system
Industrial Automatic Biomass Wood Pellet Fuel Fired Burner For Boiler has two feeding stages
1. The first stage is to keep the feeding quantity, which will guarantee reasonable fuel feeding.
2. The second stage is to keep that there is no extra fuel inside the feeding rod, which will make the boiler work in a safe condition. Meanwhile, it will lower the load of the feeding systems and avoid any problems.
(1) Safety of the boiler
In the second feeding stage, there is a spray device that will avoid any backfire problems. During combustion of the boiler, once there is some reason causing the backfire problem when the temperature of the second feeding stage has exceeded 95 degrees C, the boiler water will be sprayed to extinguish the fire automatically. Once the temperature is lower than 90 degrees C, the spray will close automatically.
(2)Structure
Our newly designed hot water boiler adopts the horizontal fire tube structure, which will make you save much cost and the heating efficiency will be more than 93%. The feeding water has been increased from 18 degrees C to 58 degrees C.
(3)Control system
Now, we make use of the digital control system which has changed the formal feeding mode( based on motor speed and time control). We used the air sensor system to control the feeding systems. Based on the concentration of the environment air control the feeding speed and quantity, which will make the boiler work always in stable condition.
(4)Ignition and keep the fire.
The ignition system makes the boiler start at any time. For some big boilers, there is also a keep firing system, which will keep the boiler firing all the time.
(5)Maintenance jobs”
You just open the boiler door to clean the dust once per week, that's all. Because of the full combustion, there will be very little dust left inside the furnace.
(6)A duct of the boiler
Humanized design of the duct, you can connect very easily in different directions. which has reduced the elbow of the duct, and increased the flow rate of the air. In this way, the boiler will work stably.
(7)Exhaust temperature
There is a temperature sensor in the chimney to test the temperature. On that basis, the temperature will be displayed and you will check if the exhaust heat temperature will be lower than 120dgree C.
(8)Combustion of the boiler
Make use of the higher temperature ceramics combined material burner and different air feeding systems, which will the fuel fully burnt. The highest temperature can achieve 1300 degrees C, which will make the dust and gas become gasifying in a short time.
(9)Dust collecting system
There is an auto dust collector system, you just change the dust drawer once per week.
(10)Fuel bucket
There is an airtight fuel bucket, so the extra air or material can not come into the bucket. So it will keep the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
