1. Reasonable scheduling and use of gas for energy-saving measures in gas stations is a prerequisite for energy conservation. Gas generator is a continuous gas production equipment, and its corresponding blower, booster, circulating water pump, and electrostatic precipitator are all set up according to a certain scale. Their efficiency can only be highest at full load. In other words, under normal production conditions, gas stations themselves consume the least amount of energy and are the most economical. However, many gas stations currently operate on a cyclical basis with significant load fluctuations, which not only poses difficulties for production management but also results in serious energy waste. To truly save energy in a gas station, it is necessary to take a broad perspective, attract the attention of the entire plant, and reasonably schedule the use of gas.
2. One of the energy-saving measures for gas stations is not only to improve the thermal efficiency of heating, but also to pay attention to reasonable furnace loading and balanced production. We often pay more attention to the thermal efficiency of heating furnaces, such as the structure of the burner, the insulation of the furnace wall, and the recovery of waste heat from flue gas, but do not place much emphasis on reasonable furnace loading and balanced production. In this way, even for more advanced heating furnaces, due to insufficient furnace loading, the waste of fuel is also very alarming. In addition, due to uneven production, sometimes the workpieces are kept in the furnace for several days, and the waste of fuel is even more alarming.
