(1) The construction quality of the reinforcement project shall comply with the relevant specifications and the relevant professional acceptance standards, as well as the requirements of the reinforcement design documents.
(2) All parties involved in the quality acceptance of reinforcement projects shall have the prescribed qualifications.
(3) The acceptance of reinforcement project quality shall be carried out on the basis of self-inspection and assessment by the construction unit.
(4) The concealed project has been notified by the construction unit to the relevant units for acceptance before concealment, and the acceptance document has been formed.
(5) Test blocks, test pieces and related materials involving structures shall be subject to witness sampling and testing according to regulations
(6) For the inspection items involving structural safety, witness sampling tests have been carried out in accordance with the regulations, and the validity of the test reports has been recognized by the supervisors.
(7) Units undertaking witness sampling testing and related structural safety testing shall have corresponding qualifications.
(g) The visual quality of the reinforcement project shall be inspected on-site by the acceptance personnel, and shall be jointly confirmed.
