The plate used for the portal steel frame is very thin, and the thinnest can be 4 mm. The cutting method of the multi-layer sheet should be selected, and flame cutting should be avoided. Flame cutting will cause large wave deformation on the edge of the sheet. At present, the welding of H-beam is mostly automatic submerged arc welding or semi-automatic welding.
