1) When the two-stage gas producer gas station is shut down for maintenance, the maintenance plan shall be formulated, and practical safety measures shall be formulated at the same time, and the approval of the unit leader and the local safety supervision department shall be obtained.
2) After the shutdown of the whole station, it is necessary to organize the force in time to purge and replace all the gas production equipment.
3) When working in gas equipment and pipelines, take samples and analyze first, and the carbon monoxide content should be less than 24PPM (30mg/m³). If the carbon monoxide content exceeds the standard, it is strictly forbidden to enter the building for maintenance work, hot fire, electric welding, etc.
4) Full-time or part-time safety personnel should be set up in the station to be responsible for safety inspections and repairs. Must be equipped with necessary ventilated gas masks or self-rescuers, etc., and must be equipped with certain fire-fighting equipment.
5) When repairing and repairing the temporary power supply, when the maintenance personnel work in the equipment pipeline, they must be signed and approved by the gas station master or relevant leaders. The safety officer shall be responsible for safety monitoring at the work site and then carry out the work.
6) After all the maintenance work is completed, relevant personnel shall be organized to carry out acceptance inspections, and air tightness tests shall be carried out on all gas production systems, and shall be delivered to use after being qualified.
