Reasons for pressure rise of double-stage gas generator

Feb 18, 2022

1 The front is blocked, and the pressure behind the double-stage furnace is increased.

2 The dry distillation section of the two-stage furnace is bonded, and the pressure of the gasification section increases. Ash accumulation in the vertical channel will increase the pressure in the gasification section.

3 When the flow rate of the double-stage gas generator is large, the pressure of the furnace bottom, gasification section, and dry distillation section will increase.

4 When slagging occurs in the gasification section, the outlet pressure of the upper and lower sections will drop, and the bottom pressure of the two-stage gas generator will increase.

5 When the user suddenly uses gas, the pressure of each point in the double-stage gas generator furnace will rise.
