In addition, the slag can also be used to repair roads or as heat and sound insulation materials for houses.


The slag of a gas producer usually contains 10-20% carbon. If the carbon-containing combustibles in the coal slag are not recycled, it will not only waste resources, but also have a bad impact on the comprehensive utilization of the slag. Therefore, in some cities, the slag with high carbon content is broken into domestic briquettes, and then burned again. First, the coal heat energy can be fully recovered, and the slag can also be fully utilized to generate benefits.


①In order to ensure the quality of gas, the gas generator manufacturer must add coal evenly and continuously. When adding coal, it must be added at even intervals and intervals as much as possible, and the coal should be added every time, and the height of the carbon layer should be increased appropriately. The height of the carbon layer is mainly judged based on the blowing intensity. Properly advancing the height of the carbon layer can increase the steam differentiation rate and the advancing gas quality. This should not be difficult to understand, and the old technicians understand it.


②The coal distributing stoker requires continuous and even layer-by-layer distribution of coal on all sections of the furnace, together with a strict seal, to ensure that there is no convection between the gas in the furnace and the outside air. But it should be adjusted in time according to the blowing intensity. According to the experience of relevant units, when the blowing intensity is high, the air travel height is usually controlled at 1.7~2.0m.


③The double-stage gas producer adds a dry distillation section to the single-stage gas producer, so that the coal undergoes full dry distillation before gasification, and most of the vaporized components in the coal are separated before they enter the oxidation recovery, and follow the upper stage gas Lead out the furnace body. For the double bell stoker, the connecting rod pulls the pawl, and the ratchet can make the camshaft of the stoker roll, and the upper and lower bell levers are shaken, and the swinging bell valve is changed to open and close.
