Maintenance and prevention of waste heat boiler

1. Observe the water level with a water level meter, and repair the damaged water level meter in time;

2. The pressure gauge is damaged and the dial is unclear and replaced in time;

3. Valves that run, leak, drip, or leak can be repaired or replaced in time;

4. The insulation layer and the reinforced inner lining layer are intact.

5. The flexibility and working conditions of the transmission device should be checked regularly in each shift, and lubrication should be carried out in time to ensure its normal operation;

6. Check and repair fans, water supply pipeline valves, water supply pumps, etc.;

7. Check the connecting pipe flanges and other parts of the boiler system to be tight and not leaking;

8. If the induced draft fan vibrates violently, it should be stopped for inspection. Generally, the internal impeller is worn out and should be replaced;

9. Water should not accumulate on the ground and heated pipes at the bottom of the boiler header to avoid moisture corrosion of the base;

10. Regularly check the shaft end seal of the three-way flapper valve, the operation of the main shaft and the electric device, and troubleshoot in time;

11. Frequently check whether the boiler steam pressure, water level, superheated steam output and temperature are normal;

12. Check whether the foundation anchor bolts are loose. Ensure the tightening, otherwise it will cause vibration;

13. The water level gauge should be flushed once per shift;

14. Safety valve manual steam or water discharge experiment at least once a week, and automatic steam or water discharge experiment at least once every three months;

15. When the pressure gauge is in normal operation, flush it once a week, and check the water trap at least once every six months; draw a red line indicating the working pressure on the dial, and seal it after calibration;

16. High and low water level alarms, low water level interlocking devices, overpressure, overtemperature alarms, overpressure interlocking devices, at least one alarm interlocking test per month;

17. Equipment repair and maintenance and accessory test verification should be recorded in detail, and boiler operation management personnel should conduct random checks on a regular basis.
