Gasification principle of two-stage coal gasifier
According to the production characteristics of the two-stage gas producer, the furnace is generally divided into five zones:
1. Drying and preheating area of coal;
2. Dry distillation, pyrolysis and coking area of coal;
3. Reduction reaction zone;
4. The oxidation reaction zone provides heat for semi-coke and coke;
5. Gasification agent preheating, ash and slag cooling zone.
The above five divisions are divided into two stages.
Section A-the gasification section also becomes the lower section.
Section B-pyrolysis and dry distillation to produce semi-coke and coke section, also becomes the upper section.
Two-stage furnace gasification level, gasification layer thickness and gasification layer temperature
| Vaporization level | Thickness of gasification layer (mm) | Gasification layer temperature (℃) |
| Gray layer | 200 | Around 350 |
| Oxide layer | 200 | 1000-1200 |
| Reduction layer | 600-800 | 750-1000 |
| Pyrolysis, dry distillation layer | 6000 from the reduction layer to the top of the material layer | 120-750 |
