(1) Raw material pretreatment

After the garbage is settled, it is crushed by the pulverizer and lifted to the upper silo through the star feeder into the cyclone dryer and the gasification gas is heat exchanged and dried, and then added to the middle of the gasification furnace through the middle silo and screw conveyor.

(2) Pyrolysis and gasification reaction

The raw materials entering the furnace are quickly blended with the circulating hot ash and high-temperature gas. The tar is pyrolyzed at a high temperature of about 800°C, and the produced tar is also cracked in the presence of hydrogen, mainly generating small molecules such as CH4; in the gasifier, The top is separated from the gas and solid by a high-efficiency separator. The semi-coke and heat carrier obtained by the first-stage separation is circulated back to the bottom of the circulating fluidized bed through the return device. The preheated gasification agent (air and water vapor) is in the boiling charge Vigorous combustion reaction and gasification reaction occur in the process, and CO, H2, CO2, etc. are generated at the reaction temperature of about 1000 ℃; the fly ash obtained by the secondary separation is carried into the entrained bed by water vapor and air through the return device, and high temperature melting occurs. Slag gasification reaction, liquid slag, and gas are sent to the lower part of the fluidized bed to cool down, solidify, and recover heat.

(3) Gas purification

The separated gas first enters the waste heat boiler to recover part of the heat by-product steam, and then enters the rotary drum dryer to exchange heat and dry the raw material garbage, and finally is used for industrial gas or power generation after moving bed purification, desulfurization, dechlorination, and heavy metal removal. The bottom ash and slag are discharged from the system after heat exchange and can be used as cement raw materials.
