Brief introduction
The gas produced by the two-stage gas producer cold gas station is divided into upper-stage gas and lower-stage gas. The upper-stage gas has an advanced I-level electric tar catcher to remove heavy tar and dust. Its working temperature is between 90-150℃, and then enters indirect cooling. In the indirect cooler, the gas is cooled to about 35-45°C. The lower gas is dedusted by the cyclone dust collector, and the temperature after dust removal is about 450-550°C. Then it enters the waste heat exchanger to recover the sensible heat of the gas while cooling the gas, and the gas temperature drops to about 200-230℃; then it enters the air cooler to cool down, and the temperature drops to 65-80℃. Through the indirect cooler, it is indirectly cooled to 35-45°C by circulating cooling water. After being indirectly cooled, the upper section gas and the lower section gas enter the secondary electric trap and pass through the light oiler to remove oil and dust again. The cooled and purified gas is pressurized by a pressurizer and transported and used through the gas pipeline.

(4) The grate-driven ash removal and coal discharge adopts a hydraulic system to realize automatic control;
(5) The water jacket is a pressure vessel with very long service life, and self-produced steam meets production needs.
