Product Introduction
Hot blast furnace Grate assembly is the key component of preheating air supply equipment of ironmaking blast furnaces. All the holes in the hot blast furnace Grate assembly are penetrated in the thickness direction, which is the air outlet channel during heat exchange. During operation, the grate of the stove is in a high-temperature environment greater than 600 degrees.

Product Feature
The grate of a flat hot blast stove has a honeycomb structure. The grate of the hot blast stove is regularly covered with plum-shaped holes. The straight edge of the grate is evenly arranged with semicircular notches, while the hypotenuse and arc edges randomly intersect with the grate holes to form irregular notches. The grate of the hot blast stove is a porous complex casting. During assembly, a 20mm expansion gap shall be left between the grates of the hot blast stove. The gaps on adjacent grates shall form complete grate holes. All grate holes shall be aligned with porous refractory brick holes one by one. The wall thickness of the grate is generally 20mm. The number of holes on a single grate amounts to hundreds. The contour size of the grate of a hot blast stove is generally 1000~1800mm, and the thickness (hole depth) is 300~350mm.
