Production Introduction
The box-shaped column blanking uses a CNC flame cutting machine to cut the column plate and then open the bevel. After the blanking is completed, the straightening correction is carried out. To ensure the accurate assembly of the column body plate, it is necessary to prepare and assemble the tired film. The assembly sequence is: first, the above cover plate As a benchmark, the assembly line of the transverse partition and the side webs is released, U-shaped assembly is carried out, and the lower cover is finally assembled. After the assembly is completed, the welding is carried out. The steel plate is welded with a pilot arc plate. After the box-shaped column is welded, it is straightened and corrected, and then the end is cut with an end milling machine. The box-shaped column is painted in strict accordance with the standards for rust removal and oil brushing. After the box-shaped column is completed, the full-time quality inspector will conduct an inspection and numbering.
Material requirements
