1. The processing of steel structures must be carried out in the order specified by the processing technology. When there is a concealed project welding, it must be welded first, and it can be covered after passing the inspection. In order to reduce the deformation, try to choose large parts for welding, and then assemble the large parts after correction;
2. The assembled parts and components should be inspected and qualified, and the connecting surfaces of the parts and components and the rust, burrs, stains, wind and snow, oil stains, etc. within the range of about 30~35mm along the welding edge should be cleaned up;
3. When assembling the mold sleeve in the processing layout of the steel structure, its precise positioning must consider the retraction amount and feed amount of the pre-release welding;
4. When processing steel structures, in order to reduce the deformation of large-scale assembly and welding, large-scale assembly and welding are generally used first, and then the large-scale components are assembled after correction; the mold sleeve and assembly must be tested before large-scale assembly;
5. The splicing of steel structure processing plates and aluminum profiles should be carried out before assembly; the assembly of components should be carried out after assembly, welding and correction of components to reduce the internal stress of components and ensure the production quality of products; hidden engineering parts of components should be spray in advance;
6. When the steel structure is processed and manufactured, it is stipulated that the total area of the pressing surface of the polishing pressing part should be more than 75%;
7. The components that have been produced and processed should be serial numbered in prominent parts with paint first, and the drawing number, component number, product quantity, etc. should be indicated for easy search.
