Circulating fluidized bed coal gasification is a clean industrial gas produce technology which has the advantages of stable operation, wide adaptability of coal material, stable calorific value of product gas, no tar in gas, no waste water discharge, high cold gas efficiency, low carbon content of ash residue, and high continuous availability.
Product Application
In 2020, Ningbo Liqin Mining invested in the construction of an RKEF process nickel-iron production line in Obi Island, Indonesia. It uses local lignite (calorific value ~ 3000 kcal) as raw material and uses an atmospheric pressure circulating fluidized bed gasification process to produce gas to heat the rotary kiln. , the first phase of the project is equipped with 6 60000Nm³/h gasification devices and will be put into use gradually in September 2022; the second phase of the project uses 9 70000Nm³/h gasification devices and will start construction in July 2023. It is currently in an orderly manner. Under construction.
