Description

Product Introduction

The grid is a spatial structure formed by a plurality of rods connected by nodes in a certain grid form. The basic units that make up the grid frame are triangular pyramids, triangular prisms, cubes, truncated quadrangular pyramids, etc. These basic units can be combined into flat-shaped triangles, quadrilaterals, hexagons, circles, or any other shapes.

Product Details

The cross-section of the members of the grid structure shall be determined according to the strength and stability calculations. In order to reduce the calculated length of the pressure rod and increase its stability, measures such as adding a re-dividing rod and a supporting rod can be adopted. The joints of the plate mesh frame and the double-shell type mesh frame made of steel mainly include the cross plate joint, the welded hollow ball joint, and the bolt ball joint. The cross plate joint is suitable for the grid structure of the section steel member, and the connection between the member and the node plate is connected by welding or high-strength bolts. Hollow ball joints and bolted ball joints are suitable for the grid structure of steel pipe members. The nodes of the single-layer shell grid should be able to withstand the bending internal force. Generally, the steel consumption of the nodes accounts for 15-20% of the steel consumption of the entire steel grid structure.

Product Feature

It has the advantages of the space force, lightweight, high rigidity, and good seismic performance. The disadvantage is that the number of rods that meet on the nodes is large, and the production and installation are more complicated than the plane structure.

Product Application

Grid engineering

The grid engineering can be used as a gymnasium, theater, exhibition hall, waiting room, stadium stand awning, hangar, two-way large column grid structure distance from the workshop, or the roof of the building.
