(2) Pyrolysis and gasification reaction

The dried biomass particles enter the intermediate silo, are fed into the lower part of the gasification furnace through a screw feeder, and are quickly mixed with the circulating heat carrier and high-temperature fuel gas to perform a high-temperature hydrogen pyrolysis reaction to generate high-calorific value gas. The tar is completely cracked in this process, mainly producing small molecular gas. The high-temperature materials are circulated back to the bottom of the furnace and undergo combustion and gasification reactions with air and low-pressure steam at a high temperature of about 900°C to generate CO, H2, CO2, etc.

The purified gas directly enters the internal combustion engine for power generation; it can also be compressed and boosted and then enters the gas turbine for power generation.
