Q5. What is your payment term?

A: For tooling/mold cost, 50% as a deposit and the balance paid after samples are approved by the customer. For bulk orders, 30% as a deposit and the balance paid after negotiation.

Q6. What is the delivery date?

A: For tooling/mold, it will take 35~45days which is up to the design. For mass production, it will take 10~30days which is up to your quantity.
