Resource utilization
The raw material of coal gasifier has wide adaptability. The gasifier can use relatively cheap pulverized coal as the raw material; many types of coals can be used, such as lignite, long flame coal, non-sticky bituminous coal, weakly sticky bituminous coal, etc. New gasifiers can use domestic waste and biomass as raw materials for gasification. And the design of equipment and processes is based on fuel characteristics.
Project construction
The construction period of the coal gasifier is short, and the start-up is successful at one time. The gasifier is operated under slight positive pressure (normal pressure). There are no moving parts and wearing parts in production, and the continuous operation rate is high. It can achieve no unplanned shutdowns throughout the year. The cost of gas production is low and the return on investment is fast.
