Recently, our company signed a contract with Chengde Zhaofeng Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. for the annual production of 2 × 5 million tons of high-quality pellet supporting coal to gas (Phase II) pure oxygen fluidized bed project
The coal to gas project (Phase I) adopts two sets of 45000Nm ³/h pure oxygen circulating fluidized bed units from our company. In order to further improve the comprehensive utilization rate of coal, reduce the carbon content of slag, and solve the problem of fly ash, the owner has selected a more advanced gasification technology, namely the fluidized bed classification oxygen gasification technology, after investigation and demonstration in Phase II. Based on downstream gas demand, the equipment selection is the "Yaohua Furnace" PCFB3500 type, which produces high calorific value gas (2500-2800Kcal/Nm ³) at a rate of 35000Nm ³ per hour.
The fluidized bed gasification technology is injecting new development momentum into traditional industries, while also providing important support for strategic emerging industries such as new energy and high-end equipment manufacturing.
