The total investment of the clean industrial gas centralized gas production project in Neihuang County Ceramic Park is 1.03 billion yuan, covering an area of 162 mu. The production capacity is 300,000 Nm³ per hour.
The project uses coal and blue carbon as raw materials, and adopts advanced atmospheric pressure circulating fluidized bed gasification technology. The advanced nature of this technology is that tar, phenolic substances, waste water and other pollutants are not produced in the whole production process, which is in line with the national "industrial" According to the industrial policy of “clean and efficient utilization of coal in the field”, the clean industrial gas produced can meet the second-class natural gas standard, and can provide clean industrial gas to all enterprises in the ceramic park, and the waste heat can be used to heat the enterprises in the park and surrounding areas.
