Weiqiao Group Indonesia Alumina Project is the first large-scale alumina project invested and constructed by a Chinese company in Indonesia. The second phase of the project's 1 million-ton alumina gasifier gas station construction project adopts Huangtai furnace CXL3500 * 4.
2.In September 2022, the completion and acceptance of the 1.7 million-ton alumina supporting project of Jingxi Tiangui Phase II undertaken by Huangtai was completed. In the 1.7 million-ton alumina supporting project of Jingxi Tiangui Phase II, the gas station mainly provides heat energy for 2 alumina roasters (5200 tons/day), and builds a coal-to-gas system with a design flow rate of 2 * 60000nm/h and a gas calorific value of not less than 5.25MJ/Nm.
3. In October 2022, the high-temperature oven thermal commissioning and ignition of Panzhihua Saneng New Energy Co., Ltd., an energy-saving and environmentally friendly circulating fluidized bed clean gas project undertaken by Huangtai.
This project is the main equipment project of circulating fluidized bed gasification of Panzhihua Sanneng New Energy Co., Ltd. The gas station mainly provides fuel for enterprises in the park. A total of 2 sets of coal-to-gas systems with a rated output of not less than 35000Nm ³/h (standby operation mode) and gas waste heat recovery and utilization system, gas dust removal system, gas desulfurization system, ash storage and transportation system, gas station circulating water system, gas station power distribution control system.
