Coal Gasification Gas refers to the process in which solid fuels such as coal or coke and semi-coke react with gasification agents under high temperature, normal pressure, or pressurized conditions, and are converted into gaseous products and a small number of residues. The gasifying agent is mainly water vapor, air (or oxygen), or their mixture. The Coal Gasification Gas can be used to produce fuel gas, such as industrial kiln gas and city gas, as well as to make syngas, as a feedstock for ammonia, methanol, and synthetic liquid fuels.
