Operating conditions, riser geometry, hydrodynamics, heat transfer, solids feed, and particle recirculation all have a significant influence on the operation and effectiveness of the system. Circulating fluidized bed coal gasification is a clean industrial gas production technology. There is no tar in gas and no wastewater discharge.
