Recently, in the "ASEAN Energy Award" organized by the ASEAN Energy Center, the coal gasification process of the Weiqiao Group Indonesia project undertaken by Jinan Huangtai Gas Furnace Co., Ltd. won the 2021 ASEAN Coal Award Industrial Category Clean Coal Technology Application Medium Industrial Award.
The Indonesian alumina project of Weiqiao Group is the first large-scale alumina project invested and constructed by a Chinese enterprise in Indonesia. The first phase of the project was put into operation in 2016, and the second phase of the 1 million tons alumina gasifier gas station construction project currently under construction uses the Huangtai furnace CXL3500*4.
According to the requirements of the owners and investors, the project uses Indonesian local low-rank coal as fuel, and the Huangtai furnace has achieved the goals of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, and long-term stable operation. The circulating fluidized bed gasification technology has become a very mature and reliable gasification technology, and it is a key promotion technology for environmental protection and energy saving.
Atmospheric circulating fluidized bed gasification technology adopts pulverized coal gasification technology and desulfurization and dust removal technology to realize the large-scale gas production equipment, and has wide adaptability of coal types, high thermal efficiency, technical safety and reliability, stable operation, and coal-based industrial fuel The advantages of clean gas and environmental protection are favored by customers. At present, the company's single furnace gas output can reach 80,000 Nm³/h. This technology conforms to the national economic development policy, implements the scientific development concept, and promotes energy conservation and emission reduction.
