The straw gasifier is composed of a lower ash outlet, a cooling jacket, a water-cooled row structure, a furnace body, a quick-open upper ash outlet, and a sealing cover for the feed inlet. The middle and upper part of the straw gasifier is the furnace body.
It is not only used as a loading bin for straw material to be burned, but also as a combustion chamber. The upper center of the furnace body is provided with a feed port, and a water-sealed feed port sealing cover is provided on the feed port. The middle and lower part of the straw gasifier is provided with a water-cooled grate structure as the combustion grate of the gasifier.
The lower furnace body below the water-cooled platoon structure is provided with an interlayer cooling jacket. The water in the cooling jacket communicates with the water in the water-cooled platoon structure and is driven by a water pump to circulate.
